King Tutankhamum...the youngest ruler of Egypt. The 12th king of the 18th Dynasty was only eight or nine years old at his succession. His father, Smenkhkare, died at the age of 25 and the cause remains a mystery. Tutankhamun died at the age of 19 from a head injury. We have selected two different views of his funerary mask. Both show the crowns of Upper and Lower Egypt. The mask is on display at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo and weighs 11 kilos. It is made of gold, and inlaid with blue lapis
This beautiful King Tut box is hand painted and made in cold cast resin
